Taichi Master

The workshop will teach the spirit of push-hands training and comprehensively cover the practice methods in great detail. This is an intensive seminar modeled according to correct taichi principles, so that the student (of any style) will not limit their potential and progress. Many essential concepts from the taiji classics will be explained and put to practice. Beyond correct body structure, this seminar will not shy away from the topics of mind, chi, and internal power (neijin), and show how they are developed thru two-person practice. The student will learn critical principles such sensitivity training, yielding, neutralizing, leading and timing and distance. Applications of the main eight powers of Taichi (ward off, roll back, press, push, lean forward, elbow, roll pull, split) will also be touched upon within the push hands training environment. If you want to bring your tai chi martial arts to a higher level of skill and refinement, this exclusive seminar is a must!
